On 16th April , H.E. GUO Haiyan, Ambassador of China to Kenya met with Hon. Geoffrey Kilinga Ruku ,Cabinet Secretary for Ministry of Public Service,Human Capital Development and Special Programs.

  Ambassador Guo stated that Human resources development cooperation is an important part of the bilateral relations between China and Kenya. China is willing to further enhance exchanges and cooperation with Kenya in the field of human resources, deepening practical cooperation in talent cultivation, experience sharing and capacity building, and provide strong support for the development of bilateral relations.

  Hon.Geoffrey Kilinga Ruku positively appraised the support and assistance provided by Chinese government in the field of human resources development and expressed willingness to closely collaborate with China to promote more practical results in human resources development cooperation.
