肯尼亚于2024年1月起推出电子旅行授权（ETA）系统，并规定需在出发前至少提前三天通过https://www.etakenya.go.ke/en网站提交申请，获得ETA后方可来肯并入境。根据肯方ETA目前要求，为减少入境受阻风险，请持各类护照人员入境肯尼亚前注意：

1.如因公来肯，为保险起见，请申请ETA，并在Contact Information-Occupation中选择Employee（government entities）,Trip Information中选择Diplomat on Official Visit，Required Documents-Letter of Mission中上传相关公函，Confirm and Proceed-Additional Notes中说明有关情况，申请则无需缴费。

2.如因其他目的来肯，请申请ETA并支付相关费用。
