On June 9, H.E. Amb. Guo Haiyan paid a courtesy call on Hon. Aden Duale, Cabinet Secretary for Health. Minister Counselor Zhou Zhencheng was present at the meeting.

Amb. Guo said that healthcare is one of the key areas of bilateral cooperation. China would like to work with Kenya to actively implement the important consensus reached between the two heads of state, enhance exchanges and cooperation in the field of healthcare and the well-being of both peoples.

Duale welcomed Amb. Guo and expressed gratitude to the Chinese government for its long-term support to Kenya. He affirmed the commitment to further deepening bilateral cooperation in the health sector and bring more welfare to the two peoples.
